Third-Floor Restaurant to Launch in April
The Club is set to open a brand-new, third-floor restaurant, named 51 East, on April 8.
With a focus on modern Italian-American cuisine, the redesigned venue will be open for dinner on weekdays.
"This is an exciting time for the Club," says Club General Manager Darren Morrish. "Members can expect an elevated dining experience that is perfect for memorable dinners, special occasions and evenings entertaining guests."
The restaurant's name takes its inspiration from the Club's 51 founding American Members and its location within the building.
Members will be able to make reservations for 51 East from March 18.
CHOP Lounge will be closed for construction work from March 17 to 29.
