Guests at the Club

Members are free to share the Club with guests. However, all visits are subject to certain conditions.

Before visiting the Club with guests, Members are strongly encouraged to fill out an online guest registration form to expedite the check-in process.

Members and guests are asked to follow the House Rules at all times.

Guest Policy

• Members and guests are required to abide by the Club's guest policy.
• Guests are limited to four Azabudai Club visits and four Nihonbashi Club visits per calendar month.
• Generally, dining groups are limited to 12 persons per membership. However, for 51 East the group limit is 8, with the exception of the Private Dining room, which can be reserved for up to 24.
• Guest fees apply for recreation facility use.
• Guests aged 2 and above must be registered and checked in by a host Member. Guests aged 7 and under may only be registered by an adult Member. Young Members aged 8 and above can register guests, provided that the guests are at least 8.
• Guests are asked to show government-issued photo ID when entering the Club.
• Members must accompany their guests at all times while on Club premises and are responsible for their behavior.
• Nihonbashi Members and their guests may only visit the Nihonbashi Club.
