Whether you want to shed the pounds or train for a marathon, the Fitness Center and expert staff can help you reach your health and fitness goals.

With its cityscape views, more than 40 state-of-the-art cardio and strength-training machines and large stretching space, the Fitness Center, refurbished in 2016, is the Club's hub of health.

Everybody needs encouragement and advice to stay in shape, which is why the Club offers a range of sports and fitness classes, a personal training service and regular, fun challenges and competitions for prizes.

The Fitness Center's team of highly qualified personal trainers boast myriad specialties and can design individualized exercise programs to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Session Rates
Private:
¥6,480 (45 minutes or less); ¥8,640 (60 minutes); ¥12,960 (90 minutes)
Semi-private (pair): ¥7,560 per person (60 minutes)
Semi-private (trio): ¥6,480 per person (60 minutes)
Packages (10 sessions + 1 free): ¥86,400 (one person); ¥75,600 (pair); ¥64,600 (trio)

Members registered for personal training are eligible for 30 minutes of free childcare.

Cancellation Policy
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may be charged in full.
If a personal trainer cancels within 24 hours of a scheduled session, a replacement session will be provided.

Prices include 8 percent consumption tax.

All sessions begin with an alignment and flexibility assessment and must be booked in advance.
Price excludes 8 percent consumption tax.


The Club boasts a wide array of wellness and fitness classes but understands that busy schedules can make it difficult to attend each session.

With the convenient Fit-tix ticketing system for its selection of Fit-tix classes, you don’t have to worry about missing a class again.

Simply purchase a blue or yellow Fit-tix booklet at the Recreation Desk and take a lesson that suits your schedule.

Tickets are valid for four months.
