Boot Camp

Boot camp is designed to push participants harder than they would push themselves.


Students use a variety of exercises involving calisthenics, plyometrics and free weights to blast through plateaus during this challenging and high energy class.

Walk-in fee (without a ticket): ¥3,910

Tickets are valid for four months.
