• New Members must be referred by April 30 and approved by the Board of Governors by the end of June.
• Members must use the online introduction form to make the introduction.
• Each successful introduction of a prospective Member that adheres to all the terms and conditions will result in one entry into the prize draw.
• Winners will be notified after the June Board of Governors meeting.
