The chef, who once ran a similar eatery in Roppongi, presents an array of Nawlins classics, including hearty gumbo and Southern fried chicken, and free-flowing drinks.
And to keep you tapping your feet during the evening, Mississippi native Rambling Steve Gardner will play a lineup of country blues tunes.
