Celebrate a landmark event in the history of Champagne with an unforgettable culinary experience.
This year marks the 150th anniversary of Louise Pommery’s creation of the first-ever brut Champagne, a pivotal milestone in the development of the beverage.
To celebrate the memorial year, Vranken-Pommery has created a new cuvée—Pommery Apanage Brut 1874, which will be released in October.
In a special opportunity for Members and their guests to sample the new Champagne, 51 East will serve a sophisticated four-course dinner created by chef Francesco "Paco" La Monica.
Each course will be paired with a different Pommery Champagne, starting with the upcoming release, which accompanies the amuse-bouche.
The host for the dinner will be Ken Moroi, CEO of Vranken-Pommery Japan. Don't miss this opportunity to sip a bit of Champagne history.
