Students learn how to use a therapy ball to strengthen and stretch muscles, tendons and hard-to-reach deep tissue to release tension and boost circulation and movement.

Who will teach this class?
Hideaki Hongo, a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, blends his mastery of kendo with an all-encompassing approach to fitness. Specializing in a variety of holistic methods, from weight and strength training to clinical Japanese massage and aromatherapy, he tailors sessions that enrich both the body and mind.
