Grab a brush and join the annual cleaning of the historic Nihonbashi Bridge.
Be a part of this community tradition that has been running for more than 50 years.
The event commences with a fire truck drenching the bridge’s sign to make it gleam.
With brushes and water, participants then scrub the bridge clean, including its famous bronze zero-kilometer marker, which is used to calculate distances between Tokyo and other places in Japan.
Join us for a truly memorable morning of heritage and community.
