The Club’s cadre of personal trainers now numbers 19.
With Aaron Bridge and Grace Milliken joining the Fitness Center team, Members have access to a selection of trainers with an astounding range of expertise and specialties.
Bridge combines years of experience in martial arts (he’s a 35th-generation Shaolin disciple) and yoga with sports science training to help Members in such areas as weight loss and toning, high-intensity interval training and flexibility and functional training.
As one of three female trainers at the Club, Milliken specializes in women's fitness, pre- and postnatal training, strength training, nutrition and weight loss.
She also hosts the free Mastering the Fitness Machines sessions for women each month.
