The Club’s 60-plus Members come together for an afternoon of stretches, yoga and more.

Through condensed classes of with some of the Club’s most popular trainers, you’ll learn new exercises perfect for staying nimble while meeting other Members interested in keeping fit well into retirement.

Golden Years Fitness Schedule

  • 11–11:20am: Stretch-eze with Tomoe
  • 11:30–11:50am: Total Body Conditioning with Mari
  • 12–12:20pm: Iyengar Yoga with Stephanie
  • 12:30–12:50pm: Zumba Gold with Motoko
  • 1–1:20pm: Stretching with Sako

 

  • Recommended for ages 60 and above
