Punch and kick those calories away in a non-contact class of martial arts-inspired techniques. Follow the energizing lead of an instructor through round after round of strikes and shadow boxing as you work your way toward full-body fitness and melt away built up stress.

Who will teach this class?
Yuko Palmer is a Bodypump and Bodycombat instructor and has been teaching Les Mills classes for 10 years. She is also an American College of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience teaching group fitness classes in Japan. She currently conducts personal training and group fitness classes at the Naval Air Facility at Atsugi Base.  

Olga Grant took her first Bodycombat class in her native Netherlands in 2003. Three years later, she became a certified instructor in the Les Mills workout. In 2009, she started teaching Bodypump. She says the classes reflect her personality: explosive and energetic, with a little bit of attitude.
