Japanese Home Cooking: Teriyaki Chicken and Miso Soup

In this class, students will learn how to gather their own ingredients and prepare two well-known dishes (teriyaki chicken and miso soup) before enjoying a light lunch paired with sake.

Naoko Miyazaki started teaching Japanese home cooking to friends during her time living in New York City. For the past five years, she has been learning pearl jewelry making techniques and crafting her own original pieces.
