The fitness regime-cum-international sensation founded by the New Zealand exercise guru comes to the Club.

Challenge yourself at this afternoon of three Les Mills classes (Bodypump, Bodycombat and Grit) with guidance from a Les Mills-certified master trainer.

See how just a few short sessions of high-intensity exercise can push you past your limits and to the body you’ve always wanted.

Schedule

  • Session 1
    Bodypump: 1–1:15pm
    Bodycombat: 1:30–1:45pm
    Grit: 2–2:15pm

  • Session 2
    Bodypump: 2:45–3pm
    Bodycombat: 3:15–3:30pm
    Grit: 3:45–4pm

  • July 13 & 27
  • Fee includes one blue and one yellow Fit-tix
  • Ages 16 & above
