Junior Coding and Robotics

Kids learn to crack the code to today’s tech.

What will the students learn in this class?
Students navigate the intriguing world of coding and robotics, armed with easy-to-use coding languages and a selection of robots, including Legos. They engineer imaginative games, art projects and interactive stories, breaking barriers of creativity. Guiding robots to solve complex puzzles, students hone their practical problem-solving techniques and logical prowess.

What are the benefits of this class?
Coding prepares kids for the future by equipping them with essential computer science skills and enhancing their problem-solving capabilities. It gives them hands-on experience with new technologies, fosters creativity, and builds tech-confidence.

Some of the key benefits are:

  • Learn to code computers and devices.
  • Start building fundamental computer science skills.
  • Start learning how to solve problems using computational thinking skills.
  • Build confidence and fearlessness with computers and technology.
  • Strengthen mathematics, spatial and temporal awareness, and memory rotation skills.

Upon course completion, students earn a certificate to mark their achievement.

Who will teach this class?
Coding Lab Japan is owned and operated by ex-Microsoft software engineers with over 30 combined years of experience. Our backgrounds are in computer science, mathematics, and education. We focus on teaching fundamental computer science skills in an innovative way to keep kids engaged with coding and STEM and having fun.
