What will the students learn in this class?
Classes focus on the basics of squash, from the rules of the game and how to grip the racket to hitting the ball and moving around the court. Once kids have mastered the fundamentals, they can start learning new techniques and strategy through practice and matches.

What are the benefits of this class?
Young players can develop a passion for a sport that is played by millions across the world. Besides improving hand-eye coordination, agility and fitness, kids can enjoy the process of improving through dedicated practice and putting their skills to the test during matches with their peers.

Who will teach this class?
With 25 years of coaching experience, Club pro Rico Cheung is Hong Kong Squash-certified level 1 coach and a Hong Kong Sports Institute-certified level 1 coach in general sports theory. He speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
