Instructor
Originally from Denmark, Tokyo-based artist Maja Laerkholm primarily focuses on abstract compositions in her work. She has recently begun creating 3D pieces with recycled paper. The techniques she uses are similar in their sustainable concept to kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing damaged ceramics. Her unique works grace the walls of homes across three continents. Laerkholm’s works are featured on her Instagram page.
