Chef Tim Bodell from the Francis Ford Coppola Winery in Sonoma County has made a name for himself as a leading figure in the California restaurant world, thanks to his innovative approach to fine dining.

For two nights, he will be bringing his culinary excellence to 51 East, where he has crafted six exquisite courses (see menu below), coupled with exceptional Coppola wines. Bodell will be attending the dinners, sharing insights into the courses and bottles being served.
