Noto Wine and Shochu Pairing Dinner

Help support the Noto Peninsula's recovery while savoring craft drinks and fine food from the region.


Shaken by the New Year's quake and reeling from heavy rains in September, communities and businesses in the Noto Peninsula have been struggling to rebuild.

To help lend support and raise awareness of their efforts, the Nihonbashi Club is hosting a dinner that puts a spotlight on Noto products. 

The multicourse meal, served on plates decorated with Kanazawa gold leaf crafted by Hakuza, features ingredients from the region, paired with wine and shochu from the region. The wine is produced by Heidee Winery, run by Masaki Takasaku, while the shochu is distilled by Nihon Hakko Kasei, which is owned by Hirofumi Fujino.

Both Takasaku and Fujino will be at the dinner to share insights into their production methods and recovery in the Noto region. 

The evening promises to be an experience that will be both a feast for the senses and the opportunity to support rebuilding communities.
