Culture Connections

What role does nutrition play in supporting women's health as they age?

Meet Zoe Brown, who has a master's degree in public and clinical nutrition from University College London and is currently running her own practice in Tokyo, crafting personalized plans for women to enhance their quality of life as they age.

Join her as she demystifies the science of how certain nutrient-dense foods can not only boost your energy and strengthen your bones but also help you navigate the aging process with confidence and ease.

This session dives into how Brown works with women of all ages, guiding them through the nuances of nutritional science to enhance their vitality and daily life.

The monthly Culture Connections events often feature a guest speaker. Previous presentations have covered such topics as mental health and the Japanese art of bonsai.
