A change of season means the arrival of some tasty summer additions to menus.
From July 10, American Bar & Grill and Traders’ Bar unveil their menu updates, with plenty of lighter dishes brimming with local, seasonal produce.
Look out for the Greek-influenced grilled chicken breast (pictured), taking its inspiration from Astoria, New York’s Greektown, and served with avocado tzatziki, cucumber-tomato salad, kalamata olives and grilled eggplant.
The two dining spots will also offer half-portion options for salads and some Member seasonal favorites like Saratoga Springs clubhouse sandwich, shrimp cocktail and crispy calamari.
Meanwhile, American Bar & Grill has added a third multicourse menu to its lineup of hugely popular set menus.
“Our three set menus represent incredible value,” says Antonio Villasmil, the Club’s assistant Food & Beverage director. “You won’t find anything as good in town.”
