American Bar & Grill unveils its latest selection of dishes as part of its new-look menus for lunch, dinner and brunch.
Standout items include a lineup of variations on eggs Benedict, the nutrition-packed Chop Chop Salad, a refreshed smash burger, cherrywood-roasted asparagus and a new take on the restaurant’s hugely popular prime rib.
“After a week of salting, each roast is coated with Dijon mustard, black peppercorns and coriander seeds,” says Scott Kihara, the Club’s chef de cuisine. “We then roast it in the rotisserie to ensure a beautiful crust.”
