Ahoy there, mariners! Prepare to set sail in November at Cub Scout Pack 51’s raingutter regatta.
Hosted at the rooftop space of Splash!, the evening event will see kids build their own balsa boat from a kit then race them along a “raingutter” course.
“A winning raingutter racer stays on an even keel, moves in a straight line, keeps the bow above water and does not drag,” according to Scout Life magazine.
Participants and winners receive medals and certificates.
