California Dreaming with Pomegranates

A multicourse meal that puts a spotlight on a unique ingredient.

Pomegranates hold a special place in the heart of American Bar & Grill chef de cuisine Nathan Anaya, reminding him of the times when he and his family would pick the fruits from the trees in his backyard in California.

To celebrate the sweet-tart taste of the pomegranate, Anaya has crafted an epicurean journey over four courses that feature the ingredient in a variety of contexts, from flavoring braised lamb to adding a piquant touch to a dessert crumble. A lineup of creative cocktails are available to complement the meal.

The dinner is available for a limited time only, so make sure to drop by for this gastronomic experience that features a distinct flavor of the Golden State.
