Through daily challenges that promote self-esteem, workplace happiness and overall well-being, participants gain valuable skills to change their lives.

Talu Sehra-Eckhoff, a Happiitude-certified happiness coach & workplace happiness specialist, uses her deep understanding of positive psychology and mindfulness to guide this journey.

With a Master’s degree from the UK, Sehra-Eckhoff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across three motivating sessions.

Challenge Schedule

  • May 9 (11:30am–12:30pm): Introductory Science of Happiness session and homework assignment
  • May 16 (11:30am–12:30pm): Tackling negative thoughts, guided meditation and homework review
  • May 30 (11:30am–12:30pm): Addressing & prioritizing positivity and challenge celebration
