Club Articles of Association & Rules

The Club's Articles of Association, General Rules and House Rules form the institutional framework of the Club, its policies and the conduct of Members.

The Club officially became a general interest nonprofit organization on September 21, 2012.

The Articles of Association were revised to comply with nonprofit organization laws and approved at the Annual General Meeting on November 29, 2011, and the Public Interest Corporation Commission in April 2012.


Club Dress Code
Standard Casual dress is generally acceptable in any part of the Club and is always required on the Formal side, unless otherwise stated. Family Casual dress is for the Family side and recreational areas.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Club, except the smoking cabins (cigarettes only) in Traders' Bar and B2 Central Park lobby and on the CHOP Steakhouse Bar Terrace (cigarettes and cigars only).
