Flexibility is at the heart of event planning at the Club. Whatever the budget, function size, season or inspiration, the professional event-planning team can advise on the best space, date and package, including options specifically tailored for breakfast or lunch meetings and parties.

Event Spaces

With state-of-the-art audiovisual technology and architecturally eye-catching and sound-enhancing wall finishings, the 700 ㎡ New York Ballroom (B2) is ideal for large-scale parties, conferences or exhibitions.

The dividing walls can be lowered and raised from the ceiling, allowing for superlative soundproofing and dramatic presentation options. This space's flexible design means that it can be divided into rooms that provide a better fit for a particular event.

The New York Ballroom, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and garden view, can be separated into Manhattan I (198 ㎡), Manhattan II (198 ㎡) and Manhattan III (304 ㎡).


Featuring hardwood floors, recessed flat-panel monitors and superior audio-visual technology, the Brooklyn Suite (199 ㎡) is an elegant functional space that can work equally well as a meeting room, cocktail space or conference breakout area.

The Brooklyn Suite (B2) can also be divided into three smaller areas: Brooklyn I (50 ㎡), Brooklyn II (50 ㎡) and Brooklyn III (98 ㎡).


Those planning large-scale events can utilize the entire B2 level by combining the New York Ballroom and Brooklyn Suite with the Central Park area, which sits between the two rooms.

The total area amounts to almost 1,000 ㎡ - enough space for any function.


The Club abounds with outdoor spaces to add an alfresco flair to a party or gathering.

With their views of Tokyo Tower, in particular, CHOP Steakhouse restaurant's terrace and the fifth-floor outdoor café Splash! are popular spots to celebrate or bond with colleagues.

Complete the occasion with a seasonal menu package, including barbecued fare and free-flow drinks during the summer months (May–September).


The two meeting rooms opposite the Library are also available for use and can be booked here. The rooms have a capacity of eight and can be booked up to two weeks in advance.
