Adult Tennis (Winter-Spring)

Upper intermediate students learn advanced footwork patterns, stroke production, patterns of play, court positioning and doubles and singles strategies.


What will I learn in this class?

Upper intermediate students learn advanced footwork patterns, stroke production, patterns of play, court positioning and doubles and singles strategies.

Advanced beginners focus on mastering basic footwork patterns, stroke fundamentals and court positioning while introducing doubles and singles strategies.

Basic beginners practice the fundamentals of tennis with a focus on proper stroke form and footwork. Beginners practice both doubles and singles.

What are the benefits of this class?
Students of all levels will improve their tennis skills. In addition to preparing players for friendly or serious competitions, classes double as full-body workouts that increase stamina, flexibility and concentration.

Who will teach this class?

The Krissman International Tennis School introduced the US Professional Tennis Association’s Little Tennis program to the Club in 1999. This updated program is taught under the direction of USPTA professional Allen Krissman and by the international team of the Krissman International Tennis School.
