TRX Sweat

This interval and cardio training class is targeted directly at burning calories and weight loss.


What will I learn in this class?
TRX Fit and Sweat builds the foundations of whole-body fitness by improving your cardio, increasing muscular endurance and promoting weight loss. Through an introduction to suspension exercises, you’ll focus on training stamina while mixing in high-intensity cardio challenges.

What are the benefits of this class?
By using your own body weight and TRX equipment, you’ll learn the most balanced ways to improve overall fitness.

Who will teach this class?
Felix Gallego is a TRX master instructor, certified physical trainer with the National Exercise Trainers Association and sports performance specialist with the American Council of Exercise. He also serves as the chief instructor at Tenjiku Aikido Tokyo. A former forward for the San Francisco City College soccer team, Gallego occasionally practices mountain climbing and Brazilian jiujitsu.
