The winning creation from the Women’s Group cocktail contest earlier this year is now available at a number of Club outlets this month.
With just 15 minutes to come up with an original cocktail, Shuchi Mehta says she and teammates went with their gut.
Their impulsive creation, the Spicy TAC-Tina, is a refreshing blend of vodka, mint cordial, homemade tomatillo-cucumber purée, lemon juice and spearmint.
“We wanted to do something different and we liked the idea of something spicy,” says Kavita Shah. “It feels like a holiday.”
The other mixologists on the winning team were Nishka Rangwani and Gabriela Mandrea.
Prices include 8 percent consumption tax.
