Use props like Pilates rings, mini balls and foam rollers to push your strength and flexibility to the limit.

What are the benefits of this class?
Increase control of your own body, termed “contrology” by founder Joseph Pilates. This precise body work can help you maintain your body and mind Pilates exercise may give you better performance if you are involved in other sports.

Who will teach this class?
Motoko Nakamura is an Athletics and Fitness Association of America-certified trainer with qualifications in Stott Pilates and Level 1 and Level 2 Matwork.
