Develop better body awareness with the TRX suspension trainer. Use body weight exercises to engage all major muscle groups and improve core stability.

Build muscle mass, increase flexibility and improve your cardiovascular endurance in this whole-body workout. Learn how to use the TRX suspension trainer and other training equipment, including medicine ball, dumbbells and balance balls.

Who will teach this class?
Robert Daoust has been leading personal training and group fitness sessions at the Club since 2005. Certified in several disciplines, include the Chek Institute’s level 1 holistic lifestyle program, Daoust brings experience and adjustability to each class.

 

  • Monday: 8:30– 9:15am
  • Thursday: 7:45–8:30pm
