You will also learn how to do yoga according to your specific needs. The use of props in Iyengar Yoga makes yoga accessible all levels.

Careful sequencing of poses and practicing correct alignment will help you avoid injury. You will gain an understanding of the effects of the poses and how to use yoga in your daily life to improve mindfulness.

Who will teach this class?
Stephanie Fukui is a certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor with over 16 years of experience studying and under experts in Japan, the United States and the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in India.
