Hatha Yoga Flow

Hatha yoga uses postures, breathing techniques and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.


What will I learn in this class?
Perfect for beginners to yoga or experienced practitioners looking for a low-impact exercise, this class encourages students to focus on proper asana body alignment. Hatha yoga also helps expectant mothers increase stamina and endurance.

What are the benefits of this class?
Students develop core strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness. Regular yoga practice also reduces stress through breathing techniques and mindfulness.

Who will teach this class?
Marjorie Meyssignac has studied yoga since 1999 and has taught classes since 2004. Experienced in Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Synergy yoga, she had also trained with Geeta and Preshant Iyengar at their Pune, India home.
