What will I learn in this class?
Students will follow step-by-step instructions to make a traditional quiche lorraine and carrot cake cupcakes followed by a light lunch. All recipes will be provided to participants. Please inform the instructor of any dietary restrictions.
Who teaches this class?
Born in Germany, Gabriele Kirschner has been baking cakes, biscuits and an assortment of pastries since she was very young. Kirschner hopes to share her love of baking through simple tips, tricks and kitchen strategies.
