What will I learn?

Who will teach this class?
Heria Hauggaard has been practicing yoga since 1997 and has been teaching it for the last 14 years, including in Turkey, Switzerland, Thailand and now Japan. She is a certified yoga teacher with Sivananda Yoga in New Delhi and Elements Yoga and Yin Yoga in Bangkok. Heria is also qualified in foot massage, basic Thai massage, Reiki (level 3) and Quantum-Touch (level 1) natural energy healing.
