Blending premium American ingredients and seasonal local produce, this culinary journey, which begins with a vanilla-citrus mimosa, features the very best of nature’s larder, from yellowtail carpaccio and parsnip and carrot velouté to speck-wrapped chicken breast and a surf ’n’ turf of Double R Ranch tenderloin and lobster casino.

Naturally, no Valentine’s dinner would be complete without something a little nectarous. In this case, chocolate mousse with berry compote, balsamic ice cream and strawberry sorbet.

After all, even cupid has a sweet tooth.
