Tack on lean, defined muscle with a high-intensity interval training workout designed to push you to your limit. With a barbell, plate and your own body weight, activate all your major muscle groups to the pulse-pounding beat of an upbeat soundtrack and an even more energetic instructor.

Who will teach this class?
Ayako Ware is a Les Mills-qualified instructor in Bodypump and Grit. She is an American College of Sports Medicine- and National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association-certified trainer with more than five years of experience in personal training and group fitness.

Alyson Jenkins is National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer, spinning instructor, Les Mills-qualified instructor in Grit and clinical social worker. She combines mind-body elements of exercise with motivational therapeutic coaching.
