This year’s luxury spread from the Club restaurant is bursting with exquisite dishes like New York strip loin from Snake River Farms in Idaho, lobster tail, American caviar, smoked salmon, Hokkaido scallops, Japanese abalone, duck and orange pâté with truffle and an assortment of tender seasonal vegetables.
Member Michael Bell has tucked into a CHOP breakfast each New Year’s Day for the last three years.
“I enjoy it very much, to the extent I give it as gifts to my friends and clients,” he says. “No other osechi I have seen comes close in selection and value.”
The limited-edition feast also includes sweet treats like stollen and chocolate truffles and a bottle of the Club-exclusive Hakkaisan junmai ginjo sake.
