Power Plate Golf Workout

At this exclusive exercise session, Members can experience how the revolutionary Power Plate training platform can improve rotational and hip mobility, core strength and balance for more solid strikes and lower scores.

Personal trainer Ken Sugawara of the Japan Golf Fitness Organization will lead Members through a series of movements on the high-frequency vibration platform. Designed to improve stability and power, increase drive distance and boost post-round recovery, this workout will get you back to the first tee faster than ever.

The evening will feature a 60-minute workout followed by a buffet and drinks.
