Adults and youth ages 14 and above learn the simple, effective self-defense techniques of krav maga for real-life situations.
What will I learn in this class?
Besides adopting punching and kicking skills, students learn how to move efficiently while concentrating on posture and breathing to develop their coordination, confidence, flexibility and strength. Krav maga combines the physical elements of sport fighting and martial arts with the technicality of yoga and dance.

Who will teach this class?
Boaz Hagay is a certified instructor in krav maga, aikido, shiatsu and general sports and fitness. First studying krav maga in Israel in 1977 under the martial art’s founder, Imi Lichtenfeld, he now teaches individuals and groups in English or Japanese. His classes focus on personal development and achievement.
