This contemporary take on teppanyaki offers Members the choice of five inspired courses and a full à la carte menu.

The signature Certified Angus Beef steaks, fresh seafood and local, seasonal produce, recommended by the Club's vegetable sommelier, Natsue Watanabe, are prepared on the iron griddle in front of diners.

Each course of the set menu can be complemented by a specially selected wine as part of a flight.
