Get in shape using the latest exercise equipment and machines, or sign up for one of our invigorating and effective fitness classes.The two-level Fitness Center is fully equipped with 30 cardio machines with personal TVs, 3 weight benches, 2 squat racks, 10 weight training machines and an extensive set of dumbbells ranging from 1 to 45 kilograms.
An assortment of punching bags, support belts, medicine balls and balance balls are also available, along with a precision body composition analysis scale, blood pressure monitor and more.

Our qualified personal trainers can design individualized exercise programs to help you achieve the best results for your body. The Club staffs more than a dozen certified trainers with a range of expertise and personalities to ideally match you and your objectives.

Cancellation Policy
- If a Member cancels within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment or does not show up, the Club may charge 100% of the appointment fee
- If a personal trainer cancels within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, 1 free training session will be provided on a future date

Charles “Chuck” WilsonMore than 35 years' experience in Japan developing programs to counteract a range of lifestyle-related afflictions. An authority inthe field, provides health and fitness counseling and conditioning to corporations and hospitals, as well as penning numerous books and articles on the subject.
